2026 PaPSC Award Winners
Tracy Carney 2026 Lifetime Peer Partner Winner
This award started to be presented in 2021. It is designed to recognize an individual who has made significant, long-term impacts on peer services in Pennsylvania. This is the person we would all recognize for their contributions over time to expand and enhance peer services across the commonwealth. Those recognized by this award do not necessarily have to be a certified peer professional, just someone who has contributed to the advancement of peer services in Pennsylvania.
Leanna Ballester 2026 Peer Advocate of the Year Winner
This will be the third year for this award. It recognizes an individual who has been a tireless advocate for peer services in Pennsylvania over the past year. Advocacy can take many forms and be at many different levels. From statewide to local to individual provider advocacy, this award recognizes individuals who are true advocates for peer services.
Jamie Bush 2026 Peer of the Year Winner
This is the third year for this award, as well. It recognizes an individual who provides exemplary peer services in their community, embodies the core principles of recovery, and provides hope and inspiration to their peers.
