25-30 hrs per week; no evenings or weekends

Position Description:

Manage a caseload of peers through opening the case, completing Strength Based Assessment, Individual Service Plan. Then providing peer services based on agreed upon treatment goals. Weekly supervision and biweekly team meetings.

Job Requirements:

CPS certification. Must be able to pass background check.
