Position Description:

The Grapevine Center is a recovery focused non-profit organization for people with mental and co-occurring illness. The CPS strives to meet the mission and goals of the agency by working with clients to assess, develop, implement a service plan. CPS provide assistance and encouragement in accessing appropriate services to maintain living, learning and working within the community. Educates community providers, family members and consumers about recovery-oriented services. Teach skills needed to make informed life decisions, increase life management skills including decision making and problem solving. Documents all client encounters.

Job Requirements:

• CPS certification
• Able to pass a background check and child clearance.
• Drivers license
