Position Description:

Assist peers in developing their individual service plans and use these plans to encourage engagement in resources, provide mental health education, and support individual recovery. Provide assistance and encouragement in accessing appropriate services to maintain living, learning, and working in the community.

Job Requirements:

CPS certification
Valid driver’s license
