Direct Services Program Manager
FT position: 40 hours per week; hours/days flexible
The Mental Health Association of Franklin & Fulton counties- MHAFF, a peer- run organization seeks a unique individual to coordinate direct service provision in Franklin & Fulton counties. Services include Peer Support Services, warm line, senior reach and community support services.
Candidate must be able to write detailed and accurate reports, corrective action plans, program plans, staff and program evaluations, direct service plans of care and incident reports. Must have demonstrated staff supervision skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and possess the ability to provide training to staff as well as community groups.
Candidate must have personal or close family experience with behavioral health services; familiarity with, and commitment to, recovery oriented systems of care with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage programs. Successful completion of criminal and child abuse background checks required prior to hire. Must obtain peer services supervision training certification within six months of hire. Documented eligibility to work in the United States. Masters degree in counseling, social work, clinical supervision or related field preferred. Will consider a combination of degree with highly relevant clinical experience. Full time at 40 hours per week. Generous benefit package. MHA is an equal opportunity employer.
